Bio


Sharon Polsky is the owner and main trainer at UNLEASHED Women's Fitness Studio. She has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 20 years. She holds numerous fitness and nutrition certifications/accreditations, is a certified professional life coach, and a certified diabetes reversal specialist.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, holds the title of Ms. Fitness Southern California, and is currently a Pro Fitness Competitor with Paul Dillett’s World Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.

Coaching Philosophy


STOP GETTING FATTER…


This has been my strategy with my clients for years now and it works great.
Rather than focusing on weight loss or rapid weight loss I use the stop getting fatter strategy and the end results is weight loss.


Step 1… stop getting fatter
For 6 weeks simply maintain your current weight.

Step 2… for 3 weeks lose a small amount of weight example 6 to 8 lbs, we call this 1 dress size.

Step 3… for 3 weeks maintain that weight loss. Don't get fatter...

Step 4… repeat steps 2 and 3 until you achieve and maintain your desired weight.

If you face weight loss with this type of simple strategy you will lose weight and maintain it but you have to get off of the roller coaster of weight loss and weight gain.
Simply changing the mindset to maintaining your current weight instead of weight loss you will be less likely to rebound and gain weight.
